Thanks Laurie! I like to make things fun.

Keep up the great work on the challenges. I hope that they help you manage the pain.

My naturopath is wanting me to drink 10 glasses (16oz) a day. I'm a heavy guy (I need to lose about 90 lbs) and he's basing it on 1 cup for every 10 lbs of weight but he's cutting it off at the 200 lbs mark even though I'm well passed that.

I suspect that the electrolyte issue is an important one as well and needs to be addressed with diet and supplements but my levels are pretty high already so he's not too worried about that yet.

Well, I hope that you enjoy the Double Crunch -- I've never been a big fan of ab work, but obviously I need to become one. A strong and flexible core is important for golf. And a nice 6pack would make my wife happy too 8=)

Now I have that song in my head (We like to move it, move it). I enjoy it and have it on my blog's playlist to exercise to.

Great job on the challenge.

I read your proposal about Feb. 18 (7/7). How about doubling whatever we're challenged to do that day? Ten push ups become 20. Too brutal? Probably.

You asked me about how much water I drank. On a good day, I drink about 6-9 glasses. I don't count but do set my watch for about every 1.25 hours then drink about 8 oz. I stop around 7 p.m. so I'm not up during the night making trips to the restroom.

I had a friend who did drink too much water and depleted/diluted her electrolyte count. She had to be hospitalized. I keep that in the back of my mind.

(If you already read this on my blog, sorry.)

Good luck tomorrow! Don't forget to stretch out your abs afterward.
